Please review the shipping details below.
Shipping Coverage
HoopDee currently ships to addresses within the United States only (including the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Fulfillment & Processing Times
Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted third-party logistics partner (3PL).

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after an order is placed.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods (holidays, product launches, etc.).

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your order ships.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping timeframes begin once the order has been processed and shipped.

Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days

Delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed.
Expedited shipping may be offered from time to time; availability and rates will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days) is currently free for orders of $50 or more!
For orders less than $50 and/or Standard Shipping:
- Economy Shipping (5 to 8 business days): $4.99
- Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days): $9.99
- Standard Shipping for orders $50 or more (3 to 4 business days): $9.99
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
HoopDee is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

Re-delivery or forwarding fees
If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at info@gethoopdee.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Save all packaging

Contact us at info@gethoopdee.com within 7 days of delivery
We will work with our 3PL and the carrier to investigate and determine next steps.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for:

Original shipping fees

Any return shipping fees

Re-shipment costs (if applicable)
These fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship as indicated on the product page. If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
