How it works
Step 1: Download the HoopDee app (getHoopDee.com).
Step 2: Select “Add Food” (the plus sign) on the HoopDee app home screen.
Step 3: Select “Fresh Breast Milk” under Food Type and “Bag” under Container Type.
Step 4: Select the location and if needed, add the initial volume and additional details. Then, select “Apply.”
Step 5: You’ll see a popup with a bag number (e.g., #1). Write the bag number provided in the app on the bag # box.
Step 6: Fill the freezer bag with fresh breast milk and remove excess air. Do not fill past the 6oz line. Seal the bag securely.
Step 7: Lay the bag flat to freeze in the freezer.
Step 8:
The app notifies you when each bag is nearing expiration. You can use
the app to obtain all logged information on each bag’s contents.
Do not microwave or boil. Single use only.
