HoopDee is a Baltimore-founded baby-tech company helping new parents manage and track baby bottles of breast milk and formula.

We began in the Canton neighborhood after experiencing firsthand how overwhelming feeding routines can be in the early days of parenthood. What started as a local solution has grown into a free app and smart system used by families across the country (from here to Hawaii!).

And we’re just getting started.

Making a Local Impact

HoopDee offers a free app available to all families to help manage their baby’s milk with confidence (app available in English and Spanish). We’ve partnered with local hospitals, community organizations, and the Baltimore City Bureau of Maternal and Child Health to raise awareness of our milk-saving tool so they can share it with patients and families.

Our Story Started Here

HoopDee was founded by a Baltimore mom in 2024 who saw a gap between feeding guidance and real life at home.

Parents leave the hospital with great information, but once you’re juggling sleep deprivation, multiple caregivers, bottles in the fridge, and milk in the freezer, things get confusing fast. Dates get missed. Milk gets wasted. Anxiety builds.

HoopDee was created to bring clarity to that chaos.

Our milk management system is just our starting point. We are developing more solutions to make parenting and household tasks easier.

We’re still proudly based in Baltimore, growing from the same community that inspired the idea in the first place.
